The Exchange

Our Mission

Known in the industry as “The Exchange”. The group was founded in 1991 and incorporated in 1997. We are a non-profit organization of foodservice professionals working together to serve and support the foodservice chain restaurant industry, collaborating and sharing best practices, while engaging within the communities served.
